At the dismissal.The Sign of the Cross with Bows from the Waist: At "Come, let us worship." At "Holy God." At "Most Holy Trinity, have mercy on us." At "O Lord, have mercy." At any blessing by a priest or bishop. At "It is truly meet" during the Liturgy.Prostrations: At "O God, be merciful to me a sinner." At "O God, cleanse me a sinner." At the Prayer of St. Ephrem the Syrian during Great Lent (at each petition). At the words "and worship His footstool, for it is holy" on the first day of Lent.Prostrations are forbidden: On Sundays, from Pascha to Pentecost, and on the twelve great feasts — in accordance with the canons of the Church.
