Second Tone: O intercession of Christians never to be put to shame, mediation before the Creator most constant, disdain not the voices of prayer of sinners, but hasten, O good one, to help us who cry to thee in faith: Hasten to intercede, make speed to supplicate, O Theotokos, ever defending them that honour thee.
