Eighth Tone · Eirmos: I will open my mouth, and it shall be filled with the Spirit, and I shall speak forth to the Queen and Mother, and shall be seen joyfully keeping festival, and I will sing of her wonders with gladness.Refrain: O Most Holy Theotokos, save us.O Pure and Immaculate one, thou that art glorified above every creature visible and invisible: hearken unto my voice and receive my prayer, O all-immaculate one, and free me from every evil and affliction of the soul.O all-hymned Theotokos, who alone art good and blessed above all generations, receive the prayer of me thy unprofitable servant, and free me from all sorrow and affliction, and from soul-corrupting passions.I flee to thee in faith and fervently call thee Blessed, O Virgin; deliver thy servant from the passions of the soul and body, O Theotokos, since thou dost preserve thy servants from every danger.
