The Vesper Hymn to the Son of God

O Gladsome Light of the holy glory of the Immortal Father, heavenly, holy, blessed: O Jesus Christ! Having come to the setting of the sun, having beheld the evening light, we praise the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit: God. It is meet at all times to hymn Thee with holy voices, O Son of God, Giver of life. Therefore, the world doth glorify Thee.
